LZF仓壁振动器用途

    振动电机式仓壁振动器（亦称防闭塞装置）主要用于防止和消除料仓、料罐或料斗内物料的起拱、管状通道、粘仓等闭塞现象的专用设备，以保证流料顺利下泄，提高物料输送的自动化程度。可广泛应用于电力、建材、煤炭、矿山、化工、冶金、铸造、轻工、食品、制药、粮食、交通等行业。
Applications
    Silo wall vibration motor vibrator (also call  anti block device) is mainly used to prevent and eliminate silos, container, or materials in the bulging, tubular channel, sticky warehouse occlusion phenomenon such as special equipment, to ensure the smooth drainage of material flow, enhance the automation of material transfer.Can be widely used in electric power, building materials, coal, mining, chemical, metallurgy, casting, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, food, transportation and other industries. 

LZF仓壁振动器结构

    仓壁振动器是应用振动电机的一个典型实例。仓壁振动器以振动电机为激振源，将底座与振动电机采用高强度螺栓坚固连接。
Structure

仓壁振动器使用和维护

1、 防闭塞装置一般焊接在料仓下部起至仓高1/3--1/4处。
    2、 若非钢制料仓或有加强筋不易振动的料仓，应在仓内铺设振动板，将防闭塞装置焊接在振动板上，并一起坚固在料仓上。
    3、每月对电机轴承进行保养，补充润滑脂；定期清除机壳外积尘，改善散热条件，但不能用水冲洗。
    4、 定期检查绝缘电阻，坚固地脚螺栓，及时消除隐患。
Use and maintenance

3, monthly maintenance was carried out on the motor bearing, adding grease;Regularly to remove dust outside casing, improve heat dissipation condition, but it can't wash with water.
4, regular check insulation resistance, strong anchor bolt, in a timely manner to eliminate hidden dangers.
